On Traditional Chinese Medicine there are two dry channels running through the body. These both appear as the damp changes into frosts as the autumn approaches. These two channels are the large intestine and the lung channel. As with all the energy channels the channels exist within the fascia of the body allowing free movement throughout the body and even into organs and the brain.

The lung channel is about having hope of a better tomorrow whilst the large intestine channel  is about being able to think outside the box and to sort out problems for others.   These channels can become restricted by blocks in our memories which the person never wants to face again.  The restrictions in the lung channel are about having no hope and nothing to look forward to .  In the large intestine channel the thinking ability alters and instead of thoughts to inspire others the thoughts become worries and maybe even guilt over actions done in the past.

The lung channel is associated with the Scorpio Zodiac sign  and has the colours of turquoise whilst the large intestine channel is associated with the Sagittarius zodiac sign and has the colours of red and purple within the channels.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine there are two energy channels which associate with the late summer.  This is a time of dampness as the dews arrive and the rains come.  The two energy channels of the late summer are the Stomach and the Spleen channels.

The stomach channel is about respecting others for the path they are walking and the spleen channel is about using our own wisdom wisely. If the person begins to place restrictions in these channels they are about feeling let down by others or even the universe and becoming confused with events in life rather than using our own wisdom to see us through.  As the fascia becomes blocked then the colours become darker. 

The colours of the stomach channel are the yellows and pale blues of being able to trust in the process of life itself.  The colours of the spleen are the ochres of the leaves at this time of the year.

As with all the energy channels they are associated with the Zodiac signs.  The spleen channel is associated with Virgo and the stomach channel is associated with Libra.  The energy channels also give us clues over the diseases most commonly seen in these people.  The spleen people often suffer from confusion and diabetes.  The stomach people often have problems around the stomach and the oesophagus as they come to terms with old memories they fail to understand

In Traditional Chinese Medicine the fire energies relate to the energy channels of circulation/sex and the triple warmer one.  These also relate to the fire of mid summer and the big blousy flowers of this time of the year.  The circulation /sex channel has orange colours while the triple warmer one has dark pink colours. 

The circulation /sex channel relates to the person finding their true passions and following them to the end.  If the person refuses to follow this good advice then they numb or hide away their passions in the circulation/sex channel.  The triple warmer channel relates to being a bully rather than by helping people to find their dreams.  If the person still remains a bully then their energies enter the triple warmer channel which relates to high blood pressure.

The circulation/sex channel is associated with the sex organs and high blood pressure and is also associated with the Cancer zodiac sign.  The triple warmer channel is associated with high blood pressure in the arteries and is also associated with the Leo zodiac sign.

If these channels are restricted then certain physical characteristics appear in the person involved. In the circulation/sex person problems may arise in the sex organs or in the blood supply.  In the triple warmer channel the problems appear as high blood pressures and other problems such as glaucoma.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine the energies of the late spring are grouped with the fire energies of mid summer.  All the other channels are in groups of two so this group of four is out of kilter with the rest.

The energies of late spring include the pinks and pale greens of Taurus and the pale yellows of Gemini.  The Taurus energies are all about loving the family and the Gemini energies are about joy in sharing with others.  The channels are all about the flow of memories up to the head for healing. People often block thee channels with hurts from childhood days for Taurus and grief, lonliness  and sadness for Gemini.  All of these energy channels lie within the fascia of the body and form long channels running between the hands and the head and also the feet and the head. 

The time the person was born into can give clues over the diseases they could suffer from.  The Taurus person may be affected with problems of the heart and the thyroid gland.  The Gemini person is often affected with problems of the small intestine and with food insensitivities.  There are a multitude of angels and art images for people born into all zodiac signs and these images can help the person a0 to understand their problems and  to slowly begin to heal their old memories from long ago.

When scientists first began to look at these they could find no continuous thread of physiology flowing through the body where the meridian could be located and so they gave up on finding a common cause for the lines of the meridians.  Instead the energy channels flow in the fascia which runs around muscles, tendons an organs.  The fascia is almost complete in the body and joins up every part of the body.  The fascia is used in The Bowen technique, Rolfing and in many forms of massage which include the use of the connective tissue.

The long flows of the meridians which run from the feet or hands and up to the head easily flow in the fascia tissue.  There is no continuous structure for the flow of the meridians but a series of interconnected fascial structures within the body.  Tom Myers (1997) believed that the fascia was a form of anatomy trains flowing within and throughout the body as the connective tissues become aligned.  It is within these connective tissues that the human stores memories they do not like and also allows the memories they do like to easily flow.  As the channels become more restricted with old memories within them the energy flows become slower or can even stop altogether.

The meridians do indeed carry memories within them.  These meridians can become restricted if the person refuses to let the memories be released and instead chooses to hang onto them.  this could happen for years in one lifetime or even for many lifetimes, as old memories are woken up during each life we life on the earth.

Some muscles contain more than one meridian but these are like the white layers within the orange and the deep layers contain one meridian and the superficial layers contain another meridian.  All of the meridians are the superficial channel carrying energies or memories from the feet and hands up to the head.  The use of acupuncture or muscle work is in effect to loosen the memories and allow them to flow upwards to the head for processing and healing.

In every lifetime all people have to face major challenges.  The Angels of the Shifting Sands are the ones to help people fac their biggest challenge.  This has often arisen because of a problem in this lifetime. The wings of these angels are phenomenal as they can reach right into the deepest darkest hiding places where the human has chosen to hide their old memories and their demons from long ago.  The wings can gently bring into the open the old memories and can also release them into the ether.  They do this in a gentle wa so that the person is unaware of the problem being sorted out.

Barbery is one of the angels where we feel anger towards the self over something that was or was not done in the past.  These memories are often hidden away in the liver channel from Traditional chinese Medicine and if these memories are not sorted out then the liver will begin to suffer.
