The Spinning chakras

The spiritual world believes there are 7 freely spinning chakras lying along the midline of the body and coloured in the rainbow colours with red at the base.  This is a simplistic view of the chakras and does not help to explain them but has existed for a very long time.
Wherever there are sensory nerves within the body there is a spinning chakra.  This helps to keep the organs and joints in good health.  The organs also have sensory nerves within them;  these are to help the body relax after stress or exercise and are a part of the vagus nerve.

Instead of 7 chakras along the midline of the body a number of these chakras can be subdivided into smaller ones.  The large solar plexus chakra can be split into 5 separate smaller chakras, the heart can be divided into 2 chakras and the third eye can be divided into 2 chakras, one into the left side of the brain and one into the right side of the brain. These 2 chakras are very important for they give clues over how we as individuals respond to problems and try to organise our thoughts.  The left side of the brain is the scientific, logical side and requires evidence for any belief to take hold.  The right side of the brain is the intuitive and touchy feely side of the brain and this has the ability to feel energies around the person and is more in touch with the spiritual side of life.  For perfect balance in the body the two sides of the brain should be evenly balanced.
As the chakras are split into smaller ones suddenly we see the magic number of 12 smaller chakras which connect to the 12 energy channels of the body from Traditional Chinese Medicine.  The 12 chakras can be blocked by restrictions and energies we do not like and try to hide away.  These 12 chakras are also the pattern of the sephiroths within the tree of life from the kaballah.  This is an ancient text which was in existence for hundreds of years but which shows the correct patterns of the chakras throughout the body.  The tree of life though only shows 11 of the twelve chakras as they the Jewsih faith predated the existence of Jesus and ignored the crown chakra over the top of the head.

To help the internal chakras of the body letting go of stress is wonderful which allows the vagus nerve to calm the body down again.  Exercise, walking the dog, singing, meditations or anything which is important to you as an individual should be done everyday if possible for as the chakras become blocked then the organs can begin to suffer from chronic long term health problems.  How your body responds is in your own hands and your own thoughts.  Over time people have allowed fears to settle into the core and these permeate the sub consciousness and infiltrate into every aspect of our being.  Fears do not have to exist for the world is truly amazing so allow fears to take a back seat and tune into the wonders of nature and this magnificent world.
