The Spinning chakras

The spiritual world believes there are 7 freely spinning chakras lying along the midline of the body and coloured in the rainbow colours with red at the base.  This is a simplistic view of the chakras and does not help to explain them but has existed for a very long time.
Wherever there are sensory nerves within the body there is a spinning chakra.  This helps to keep the organs and joints in good health.  The organs also have sensory nerves within them;  these are to help the body relax after stress or exercise and are a part of the vagus nerve.

Instead of 7 chakras along the midline of the body a number of these chakras can be subdivided into smaller ones.  The large solar plexus chakra can be split into 5 separate smaller chakras, the heart can be divided into 2 chakras and the third eye can be divided into 2 chakras, one into the left side of the brain and one into the right side of the brain. These 2 chakras are very important for they give clues over how we as individuals respond to problems and try to organise our thoughts.  The left side of the brain is the scientific, logical side and requires evidence for any belief to take hold.  The right side of the brain is the intuitive and touchy feely side of the brain and this has the ability to feel energies around the person and is more in touch with the spiritual side of life.  For perfect balance in the body the two sides of the brain should be evenly balanced.
As the chakras are split into smaller ones suddenly we see the magic number of 12 smaller chakras which connect to the 12 energy channels of the body from Traditional Chinese Medicine.  The 12 chakras can be blocked by restrictions and energies we do not like and try to hide away.  These 12 chakras are also the pattern of the sephiroths within the tree of life from the kaballah.  This is an ancient text which was in existence for hundreds of years but which shows the correct patterns of the chakras throughout the body.  The tree of life though only shows 11 of the twelve chakras as they the Jewsih faith predated the existence of Jesus and ignored the crown chakra over the top of the head.

To help the internal chakras of the body letting go of stress is wonderful which allows the vagus nerve to calm the body down again.  Exercise, walking the dog, singing, meditations or anything which is important to you as an individual should be done everyday if possible for as the chakras become blocked then the organs can begin to suffer from chronic long term health problems.  How your body responds is in your own hands and your own thoughts.  Over time people have allowed fears to settle into the core and these permeate the sub consciousness and infiltrate into every aspect of our being.  Fears do not have to exist for the world is truly amazing so allow fears to take a back seat and tune into the wonders of nature and this magnificent world.

The Miracle of Thoughts

Thoughts make the world go round and thoughts dominate the recesses of our minds from truly inspiring and uplifting ideas to ones we choose to hide away in the darkest corners where the light can never reach.   Thoughts are the nebulous concept of energies which therapists speak of all the time and scientists despair over.  Wonderful thoughts flow easily within the confines of the body from the feet and hands up towards the head.  It is here that they leave the physical body and enter the aura to flow down to the feet and hands and to begin the process all over again.   This is simplicity itself and the ease of flow of our thoughts keeps us healthy and wise and emotionally sound. The human themselves alters the parameters as they choose to hide away some of their feelings or thoughts.  Whenever these are hidden away in the quick sand of our body then at some time they can reappear.  As they begin to emerge into the light then the person fears then once again and places deeper restrictions in place to hold them far away from their consciousness.

The power of the mind is truly amazing for I have seen very courageous individuals choose to take control of their lives and their health.  Their belief is that if they allowed something to develop which was detrimental to their health then they can also choose to remove these blockages.  These brave people have managed to make cancers become smaller and even to disappear, confounding the medics in the process.  There is a wealth of help available and all things can change if one believes strongly enough in the journey.  The power of the mind is everything for it can make us rich beyond our wildest dreams or can lead us to gentle places among friends and laughter.  For people to believe that it is possible to be in charge of their health then usually they need to fall into the deepest abyss, feel the descent into death and may slowly decide to make changes to their lives.

Listen to the inner voice of calm reason within us all for you too can have improved well being and can live an easier existence as age gradually creeps up on us.  Be a master of your own fate and a master of your destiny as you follow the best path for you alone. Your path is as individual as you are and by following the advice from others your own path may disappear from view for decades.   Take time to be yourself and to reconnect with who you are and the choices you made long ago and wish to fulfil for these ideas have existed for a long time and long to be allowed to blossom at some point in life, if not in this one then in the next one or the one after that. The longer we push these old dreams away they we also restrict the flows of our thoughts and allow chronic health problems to take hold and develop. Like the peaceful  fields of dreams that flourish in the summer sun and remind us of old meadows from earlier days we can also remember dreams long hidden away and forgotten about.  Allow these dreams to flourish to enrich your lives and to bring joy to others.
